1. Introduction
Welcome to Cashpey which is a financial service platform including digital lending, Health insurance and Investments, that provides personal loans, health insurance and investment solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to accept some terms and conditions as per the Indian Contract Act 1872 and unless you accept the terms and conditions, you can’t proceed further to get the loan. Therefore all the terms and conditions have been explicitly written and the customers visiting our website must agree with the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
While applying for a personal loan, getting health insurance, or proceeding with investments, the customer must be eligible for the loan and other aforesaid services. And it depends on multiple factors. The company will have all rights to approve or reject the loan application or other services based on eligibility and some essential factors are
To be eligible for a Cashpey loan, you must:
- Be an Indian citizen and resident
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid Indian mobile number
- Have a valid Indian bank account
- Meet our creditworthiness criteria
And the customers must belong to the area where the loan services are going on i.e., some blacklisted area’s loans can be rejected without any additional reasons.
For the insurance policy, you must have all the documents, account details, etc, After a brief verification, your policy and premium will be approved.
For the investments, you must have valid KYC documents, linked accounts and all.
The Loan Terms and conditions will be as follows
- Loan Amount: The maximum approved loan amount will depend on your eligibility i.e., income and credit score.
- Tenure: Loan tenures typically range from 3 to 12 months.
- Interest Rate: The interest rate is calculated as per the rate applicable, and varies based on your credit score and seasonal offers.
- Repayment: Loan repayment is due on the agreed-upon date. Late payments may incur additional charges
Application Process
- You must submit accurate and complete information while applying for the loan
- Cashpey may verify your information through third-party sources.
- Loan approval is subject to our credit evaluation process.
- We shall refer your application to a more productive vertical within our organization for effective resolution with name, contact no. And e-mail id.
Disbursement
- Upon approval, the loan amount will be disbursed directly to your bank account.
- Disbursement may take some time, especially in the case of now working days.
Repayment
- Repayment is due on the agreed-upon date.
- Late payments may incur additional charges including penalties
Default
- If you fail to repay your EMI on time, you will be considered as a defaulter and you can bear some additional fine.
- Default may result in legal action, including recovery proceedings.
For Health Insurance
You must have all the details of the policy before paying the premium. Once, your current age, health issues and other states have been verified, you are allowed to proceed further.
Privacy Policy
Cashpey is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
Amendments
Cashpey reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
Data Deletion & Account Closure
The registered customer can request the account closure or for deleting personal data at any time through the App, especially after the loan closure.
Deletion requests can be accepted only when there are no active loans, any outstanding dues, pending repayments, or any disputes. Before doing so, the customer must clear all the pending financial obligations.
Once the deletion request is approved, the user’s account will be permanently deactivated, and all personal information will be deleted. You can’t access the App and App-related services as they will be permanently deleted.
Certain records, especially KYC details, loan agreements, transaction history, and compliance documents, can be saved, whatever is required as per the applicable laws, RBI/NBFC regulations, audit, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, for the prescribed retention period.
Once the account, along with all the details are deleted, you will not be able to restore the app. For installation, you must complete fresh registration and KYC for future services.

Grievance
Our grievance officers are always available to resolve any default like delay in disbursal or other difficulties in repayment and all. Therefore, the customer can contact our grievance officer to resolve all the queries
